&lt;p&gt;That&#039;s a very interesting concept you are playing with! I am a cocoa and web developer, and had the same itch to scratch. I was focused more on the back end, and wrote PHOCOA which implements the Cocoa development framework as a PHP web app framework. PHOCOA is open-source, and lives at http://phocoa.com.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I initially stayed away from the Javascript side completely because I didn&#039;t really understand it very well when I started writing Phocoa. Now that I am using Javascript more, I have integrated with YUI, Prototype, and Appcelerator, but I haven&#039;t yet found a way to extend bindings all the way to the javascript layer. Maybe there&#039;s a way for us to work together on that...&lt;/p&gt;
